The partners of Tancreti, Phipps, Hoffman & Biller have formed United Adjusters, LLC which is now the parent company for Tancreti, Phipps, Hoffman & Biller, Biller Adjusting by Jon, Robert Megna & Associates and P.A. Inc.
Robert W. Megna has been a licensed public adjuster for a number of years. Prior to becoming a public adjuster, Bob was a General Adjuster for AIG. He is also a State Representative and the Assistant Majority Whip serving New Haven's 97th Assembly District.
P.A. Inc. is owned and operated by Marv and Marcia Leonard. Marv has over 35 years of experience as a public adjuster and has handled thousands of claims in New London County and throughout the state of Connecticut. He and Marcia have serviced a wide range of residential and commercial clients.
